The website, tracking dashboard, one-off event pages, and an iOS app for logging attendance after a run.
Filament Coffee Track Club is a Perth running club I built the entire digital footprint for: the club website, a season tracking dashboard, and one-off pages for special events.
The dashboard tracks attendance, distance, and leaderboards, with a year-end "Wrapped" retrospective, fed by a weekly Google Sheets to CSV sync. The event pages are purpose-built one-offs, like a replayable map of the FCTC Cup, a prediction race around Herdsman Lake where the winner finishes closest to their own predicted time.
The newest piece is FCTC Attendance, a native iOS app still in development. After a run you record who came and the actual distance in whichever way is fastest: tick the roster checklist, import the WhatsApp poll screenshot and let on-device OCR read the votes, or just say it out loud. All three land on one review screen before anything is written. Submissions go back into the same Google Sheet the dashboard reads, through a small Apps Script web app, so the sheet stays the canonical record and the weekly sync never notices the difference.
